A mixture of coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper formed the seasoning base of this SPICY stew, along with a healthy helping of ginger and garlic. If you’re having sinus problems, I’ll give you a spoonful and it’ll clear you right out. My oh my was it hot – excellent for a wintry Sunday.
Substitutions/omissions: none
Mistakes: none, shockingly. I even remembered to put in the tablespoon of apple cider vinegar at the end, which is usually something I tend to forget.
